How LexoStudio collects, uses and protects your information.
Last updated 2 Aug 2026
When you submit an inquiry we store the name, email address, phone number, company, service interest, budget range, message and any file you attach. We also record the date, the page you came from, and a coarse record of your browser and network for security purposes.
If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address, an optional name, and where you subscribed from.
We run first-party analytics on our own servers. We record the page visited, a referring domain and a device category. Visitors are counted using a salted daily hash of network and browser details — we do not store raw IP addresses, we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share this data with third parties.
Inquiries are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship, and then archived. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics records are aggregated and retained for no more than 24 months.
We do not sell your information. Inquiries may be forwarded into our internal customer relationship system so the team can respond. We use a small number of infrastructure providers — hosting, database and file storage — who process data on our behalf under contract.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
We use a session cookie for staff signing in to the admin dashboard. The public site sets no marketing or tracking cookies.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, can go to hello@lexostudio.gm.
